This role is perfect for high-energy professionals who thrive on hitting targets and building meaningful connections through phone conversations. You'll be using the Calltools dialer system to engage with potential clients and generate qualified leads for our real estate partners, with clear paths for advancement based on performance.
Conduct 250-300 cold calls daily using auto dialer to generate leads and identify potential clients
Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening
Build rapport with leads and industry professionals to establish long-term relationships
Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics
Fill out pre-qualification forms accurately with all information gathered during calls
Ensure complete capture of prospect needs, pain points, budget, authority, and timeline
Document objections and areas of interest for sales team follow-up
Flag high-priority opportunities based on qualification criteria
Stay updated on market trends and industry developments
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our dialer system
Update lead information and status in real-time
Document call outcomes and follow-up requirements
Generate activity reports as required
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Share successful approaches and best practices
Contribute to the continuous improvement of scripts and processes
Proven cold calling experience, preferably in real estate or related industries
Track record of success in generating leads and appointments
Excellent communication skills with neutral accent
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Self-motivated with demonstrated work ethic
Experience with CRM software and dialers
Ability to work US hours consistently
Professional home office setup meeting technical requirements
Experience in real estate sales or lead generation
Knowledge of the US real estate market trends
Previous remote work experience
Experience with Calltools dialer system
Understanding of real estate terminology
History of exceeding sales targets

PH Graveyard Shift (8hrs/day, Monday-Friday US Timezones)
Training rate: $3/hour during initial training period
Starting Rate: $4/hour after training completion and placement on a client campaign
Performance-based increases up to $7+/hour for top performers
